Clayhill Arts is a state-of-the-art multipurpose facility offering comprehensive presentation facilities, multiple break out areas, artist workshop, cinema barn as well as catering and onsite luxury accommodation.  Converted from a series of old farm buildings to an exemplary standard, Clayhill Arts is the ideal setting for product launches, press events, photoshoots, talks, workshops, screenings and presentations. Our bespoke venue showcases historic rustic rooms and bright glass contemporary studios that equally excite and exude character.

Through prior arrangement you will have exclusive access to the venue leading up to your event enabling any decoration or staging to be installed to ensure your vision comes to life.  We work closely with you to understand your brand values and event needs. Our warm and professional team will be on hand to ensure your new enterprise or innovative product has the very best possible send-off.

We can provide catering options for your event. Menus can be prearranged to meet your specific requirements and produced by our local chefs on site. Beverages such as freshly grounded coffee and a wide selection of tea can be served during the day. Additionally, welcome drinks receptions and canapes can be served by our team.

We can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people theatre style [though will need to discuss parking options.]

Should you wish to host an event encompassing multiple days, you can book exclusive access to our 8 en-suite bedrooms. Arranged as a mixture of twins and doubles, each room has a private entrance, its own tea and coffee making facilities and outdoor seating area. Our 4 double rooms have been converted from a series of old cattle sheds and retain characterful features such as exposed wooden roof timbers and stone walls. Our 4 twin rooms have been converted from an old milking parlour. They are slightly more modern in style, having been finished with illustrative wallpapers.
